Figs from Brazil & Turkey

Production in Brazil of Brotto figs will considerably decrease in August. At the end of July figs from Turkey will become available to fill in any shortages.

Banana leaves

Supply is still short, although it has been slightly improved from last month. It will gradually get better but takes some more weeks.

Bahri dates

We expect to have first harvest of Bahri dates in the first week of August. Packed per 5 kg. Sold exclusively on twigs.

Mango Nam Dok Mai

Supply from Thailand is still limited and unreliable throughout July. Better availability is expected in August.

Baby corn

Baby corn from Thailand is short due to the rainy season. India has good availability. The shortage in Thailand is expected to be over by mid August.

Tonkwa from Holland

Tonkwa is now available in 12kg boxes. Approximately 8 to 10 pieces per box. Tonkwa is a family member of the melon, but is usually used raw in salads or in a stir fried dish.
