Avocado & Shrimp Salad
Now everyone can impress their friends with a fantastic looking and great tasting appetizer. The distinctive nutty flavour of avocados combined with shrimps is a match made in heaven.
Ingredients - 2 persons:
- 1 or 2 Hass avocados Ready-to-Eat
- ½ lime
- 125 gr. peeled shrimps
- 1 bag salad mix
- 2 tablespoons Marie Rose sauce
- Salt and pepper
Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Spoon out the flesh. Then cut the flesh into small cubes. Sprinkle a little amount of lemon juice on the cubes to prevent discoloration.
Gently mix the shrimp, avocado and Marie Rose sauce. Fill each avocado halve with the mixture and add some salt and pepper.
Serve with some salad.
