In & Out of Season
The following seasonal products are currently available:
Ginger
Ginger from thailand is fully available. Ginger from China is expected at the end of March. The price stays high because of less production.
Kailan and Kaichoi
The Spanisch Kailan and Kaichoi season has ended.
The Dutch Kailan and Kaichoi season just started.
this means that both products are VERY limited available.
Mahachanok Mango
The Mahachanok mango looks a bit like the mango Nam Dok Mai, but has a higher brix level and gets a blush when turning ripe. Next to that, is the taste of this mango sweeter, and has a smaller tone than the Nam dok Mai. This mango is in season from April till June.
Green Asparagus
The Mexican green asparagus season will last till the end of March. The Peru green asparagus season is starting slowely. At this moment there is not enough available, but this will come later.
Figs
Next to the figs from Brazil, we also have figs available from Chile. the figs are available in various sizes in boxes of ± 1kg boxes.
Passionfruit
In the weeks 15 till 21 we will have a promotion on passion fruit from Zimbabwe. Please contact our sales team for more info
