Mini Quiche
Green Asparagus always tastes good in combination with cheese, but this is not realy original. However when you add salmon to this classic combination you will have a fantastic flavour sensation. This mini quiche makes a perfect starter or party snack.
Ingredients:
6 Green asparagus
75 gr. Flower
2,5 dl. Milk
150 gr. Salmon fillet
50 gr. Brie Cheese
1 tbs. Butter
2 Egg
Pepper
Salt
Preparation:
1. Peel the asparagus and boil them in water with some salt for about 10 minutes, until they are tender.
2. Then immediately rinse them of with cold water and cut the asparagus into small pieces.
3. Mix the flour with the milk, eggs, salt and pepper.
4. Cut the salmon fillet into small cubes.
5. Dived the asparagus and salmon in the mini muffin baking tin. Pour the milk-egg-flour mixture to it.
6. Cut the brie in small pieces and place them on top of each mini quiche.
7. Put the baking tin in a preheated oven at 180 º C and let the mini quiches bake for 15 minutes, until they are golden brown. Enjoy!
