New marketing initiatives for the pomegranate
Being a remarkable exotic fruit with an exceptional health reputation, the pomegranate still has lots of potential. To make the pomegranate more notable for the consumer it will be added to the EAT ME brand portfolio. The new EAT ME pomegranate labels carry a barcode, to facilitate sales per piece at store level.
To mark the start of the 2011/2012 pomegranate season Nature’s Pride launches an advertising campaign featuring the Eat Me Pomegranate. Next to that some simple & delicious recipes by our own chef are gathered in a small on-product leaflet, that will distributed during promotional periods. All these initiatives must inspire consumers to use pomegranates more often in their kitchen.
