Exotic mango with chocolate skewers

These delicious skewers are not only lovely with a BBQ, but also as a treat or snack.
Ingredients:
- 1 Nature's Pride Ready-to-Eeat mango
- 150 g dark chocolate
- 4 tbsp grated coconut
Additional need: baking paper and bamboo skewers.
Preparation:
Cut the mango. It is highly recommended to cut a mango with a mango slicer to remove the seed. If you don’t have a mango slicer, hold the mango lengthwise and cut the fruit on both sides, as closely as possible of the seed. From here, peel and cut the fruit into small pieces. Dry the mango pieces with a paper towel.
Chop the chocolate finely. Put a saucepan with a little layer of water to a simmer. Place a smaller pan with the chocolate into the saucepan. Keep stirring while the chocolate melts.
Pierce the pieces of mango on the skewers. Dip the mango gently into the melted chocolate. Now sprinkle the mango skewers with some grated coconut and place on the baking paper. Let the chocolate skewers cool in the refrigerator until the chocolate is hard.
