Grilled asparagus with vegetables from the oven

Easy and tasty!
Ingredients:
- 450g green asparagus
- 1 onion
- 125g mushrooms
- 200g potatoes with skin
- 1 red paprika
- 12 black olives
- 1 dash of olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves
- salt & pepper
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 200 ˚C.
Wash the asparagus and cut 0.5 cm from the bottom. Wash the paprika. Clean the mushrooms and potatoes. Then cut everything into chunks and place it on a baking tray. Sprinkle olive oil on top of the chopped vegetables and add some salt and pepper. Chop the garlic in big chunks and mix with the vegetables. Grill the vegetables for about 30 minutes in the oven. Enjoy!
Tip: This dish can be served either warm or cold. Cold makes it a delicious salad.
