Mango-citrus smoothie

Mmmm, mango-citrusssmoothie!

Ingredients for 4 glasses:

  • 1 mango
  • 1 lime
  • 2 oranges
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 cup low-fat yogurt
  • ± 2 cup low-fat milk
    additional need: food processor or blender, 4 tall glasses and thick straws

Preparation:

Cut the mango in half around the pit. Remove the pit and cut the flesh into pieces. Wash the lime and grate the thin green skin. Squeeze the lime and oranges. Puree the mango with lime and orange juice, lime zest, sugar, yogurt and milk in a blender. Pour the smoothie into glasses and insert into thick straws. Garnish the glass with mango slices. Ejoy!
