Sandwich with mozzarella and mango
Pamper yourself with this luxurious mango sandwich.
Ingredients for 4 sandwiches:
- 4 white rolls bake
- ½ ripe Eat Me mango
- 1 mozzarella cheese
- 4 tbsp pesto alla Calabrese (bell peppers and ricotta)
- freshly ground pepper
- 1 cup watercress
