Warm mangocrumble

Warm yourself in the winter with this lovely mango crumble.
Ingredients:
- 50 g cold butter + butter for greasing
- 75 g wheat flour
- salt
- 50 g sugar
- 25 g almonds
- 1 Nature's Pride Ready-to-Eat mango
- 2 tsp pouring syrup
Additional need: 4 ramekins
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 220 ° C. Grease the ramekins with butter. Cut the remaining butter into pieces and put them in a bowl. Mix the flour, butter and a pinch Rub the tips of the fingers in the flour and a pinch of salt into the butter so a breadcrumbs-like mixture. Mix sugar and almond mixture. Cut the mango in half around the pit and cut the stone. Peel the halves and slice the flesh into pieces. Spoon the syrup by the mango. Divide the mango mixture among the ramekins and spoon the crumb mixture on top. Make sure the mango is well coated. Bake the crumble in the preheated oven for ± 15 minutes until golden brown. Serve the crumble warm with whipped cream.
