Together with our growers we work to continuously improve working conditions. In the first place through social compliance, following the guidelines of the Sustainability Initiative Fruits and Vegetables (SIFAV), an initiative of the Sustainable Trade Initiative (IDH). We see this as an instrument to improve processes, create awareness and have insight into the chain for impact possibilities. We combine this with visits, good purchasing practices and close collaboration with our growers.
