‘I grow the future‘ in Peru

The evaluation of the first edition of the 'I grow the future' program in Peru shows excellent results. In the program employees save points if they meet certain objectives and exchange them for benefits such as school supplies, medicines and building materials. These benefits come on top of their regular salary.

Background & Program

Employees in Peru were very enthusiastic to participate in this first edition. At Dominus, the program has contributed to a much smoother operational management: there is much less staff turnover, they are also very motivated and arrive at work on time. Furthermore, the program has made the staff proud to take home school uniforms and books for their children that they had bought with their points at the beginning of the school year. The local economy in these communities has also received a boost because the points are exchanged at nearby stores. Finally, several family members of the employees have also been able to call on the emergency fund for life-threatening medical emergencies.
