Nature's Pride supplies over 500 unique fruit and vegetables from more than 70 countries. From Ready-to-Eat and exotic fruit and vegetables to the delicious berries and off season products. Together with our partners we make a difference every day. The quality of our products is a result of many factors. From the passion of the grower, our dedicated employees and our unique expertise in the ripening of fruit to an appealing presentation on our customers shelves. What do we stand for
History

2001
Nature's Pride is established by Shawn Harris and has an office at the old auction building in De Lier.

2002
In the summer of 2002, meanwhile the company has 8 employees and moves to a new location in De Lier.

2005
Nature's Pride is the first company in Europe to start ripening avocados and mangos.

2006
Nature's Pack is established. Nature's Pride is now a 'full service' supplier of fruit and vegetables with their own packaging company.

On 28 December the complete Nature's Pride building gets burned down. Together with associated companies Nature's Pride is able to move into a temporary location and is able to deliver 80% of its orders after two days.

2007
The amount of customers grows to more than 300 in Europe. Nature's Pride opens its door to a new commercial building in Maasdijk.

2008-2010
Nature's Pride keeps growing and for the first time since it was founded the annual turnover was more than € 100 million.

2011
The EAT ME label is introduced. This way the distinctive Nature's Pride products get a recognisable label.

The Latin America Trade Award is presented to Nature's Pride.

2012
Fair for Life certificate is achieved and Nature's Pride puts Fair Trade mangos on the market.

The covenant ''100% sustainable fruit and vegetables in 2020'' is signed together with business partners and retailers.

2013
After building for 11 months, Nature's Pride moves into her current building in Maasdijk. A BREEAM excellent certificate was achieved as a result of the sustainable character of the building.

2014
Nature's Pride Foundation is founded to support projects for children, education and health care in developing countries.

An additional product is added to our range: berries.

2015
Nature's Pride is responding to the 'user-friendly' food trend and adds ready diced mango cubes to its range.

2016
Nature's Pride launches a health campaign with its own outdoor fitness bootcamp to improve the health and well-being of its employees.

In February, two new websites are launched. The Nature's Pride website available in three languages and the EAT ME website is available in three languages. Consequently, a new website 'working at Nature's Pride' will be launched in May.

Four officially certified organic products are introduced to the organic range.
