Baby beetroot

The baby beetroot is a smaller version of the large beetroot. Beetroots are round to oval shaped and can have different colours. Nature's Pride baby beetroots are either dark red or yellow. Baby beetroots have a more tender and refined structure compared to the bigger variety. The leaves of the beetroot are edible and the flavour is comparable to spinach.
