Growing and harvesting

The seeds of baby leeks are put into trays. After the seeds have grown into plants, they are planted in the open field. After 9 weeks, the products are ready to be harvested. Both baby fennel and baby leek are pulled out of the ground by hand. Then the products are carefully washed in the packhouse, the green leaves are removed from the carrots and they get prepared for transport to Nature's Pride.
