Baby romanesco is a smaller version of the romanesco which is a cauliflower variety. Romanesco looks very much like cauliflower however it is green and every flower is made up of even more smaller and pointy rosettes in the shape of a spiral. The flavour of this vegetable is a cross between broccoli and cauliflower.
