Chervil is a low growing herb with fern-like leaves. Chervil is related to parsley and therefore you can taste the similarities. The fine young chervil leaves are aromatic, slightly sweet, with an aniseed flavour. Used in dishes chervil brings out the flavour of the other herbs.
