Amsoy stands out on the shelf in Nature's Pride's EAT ME packaging. If you prefer a private label, that is of course also possible.
Recipes & preparation tips
Amsoy is a very convenient to use. It does not require much preparation: just rinse the leaves thoroughly. If they are added raw to a dish, pat the leaves dry. Amsoy is also delicious steamed or stir-fried. Make sure you buy enough amsoy, because just like spinach, it wilts considerably.
