More sustainable packaging solutions

Care for people and nature is always at the heart of our business. We are passionately committed every day to driving the food chain to become more efficient, fair and sustainable, and this is also reflected in our packaging. Did you know that 98% of our assortment is now fully recyclable? 

But we go further: we aim to create as much mono packaging as possible, meaning that our packaging consists of only one type of material. This makes recycling even easier and reduces the impact on the environment. A large part of our packaging range is already a more sustainable mono packaging. We also focus on plastic-free packaging wherever possible, without compromising on the protection and shelf life of our products. 

Our cardboard EAT ME packaging for avocados, mangoes, kiwis, passion fruit and berries is an example of our approach. These recently renewed EAT ME packaging offers an optimal protection from external influences and creates the right atmosphere for each product. In this way we can guarantee the quality and shelf life of our products. This ensures that consumers  can enjoy longer and more consciously, waste less and minimize their impact on the environment.
