New EAT ME website: the best source of inspiration for the curious consumer
The new EAT ME website has been up since 1 June. Over the past six months, the consumer website has been getting a major makeover. With a new look and feel, as well as content, we are making the EAT ME site the go-to website for consumers looking for inspiration even more. For example, together with our customers and suppliers, we are making the exotic category on the shelves even more popular.
Informing with inspiring content
Not all consumers are equally familiar with exotic fruits and vegetables, or the possible ways to use or prepare them. The content on the new EAT ME website gives these consumers maximum information. The site offers inspiration about the products themselves, recipes, health tips and sustainability facts. Clearly presented, attractively packaged.
Communicating directly with consumers is a must for any brand. This gives us more insight into the needs and interests of our target group, which enables us to be an even better partner for our growers and customers.
Responding to current themes
With the new website, we can give better topical content. For example, with summer approaching eating outside is a hot topic. Until the end of September, consumers will regularly find new reports and tips about outdoor dining on the website. We are also rolling out a number of campaigns linked to the new EAT ME website.
Visitors to the site are referred directly to the EAT ME sales channels. The site has also been optimised for smartphones because they are the most popular way for consumers to go online.
