Our First Human Rights and Environmental Due Diligence Report

We are proud to publish our first Human Rights and Environmental Due Diligence Report.

The report highlights the findings and results of our human rights and environmental impact assessment which was conducted together with experts of Enact Sustainable Strategies in 2022. It outlines how we address the most relevant human rights and environmental risks in our supply chain, together with you; our dedicated growers, clients and other partners. In this process, we followed the United Nations Guiding Principles for Business and Human Rights and the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises.

The results of the human rights and environmental impact assessment is an important input into our 2028 strategy for people & nature which we will launch early 2024.

Speaking about the publication of Nature’s Pride’s first Due Diligence report, CEO Adriëlle Dankier says: ‘Responsible sourcing and care for people and nature are at the heart of Nature’s Pride. Over the past year we made a great effort to further deepen our understanding of risk and impact in our value chain and plan futureproof decisions based on thorough research. I’m very proud of the results which are captured in this report. We take responsibility and as the progressive partner in our sector we are well-prepared to support our growers, customers and other stakeholders on the critical topic of Human Rights and Environmental Due Diligence’.
