Fresh garlic

Too famous to be considered exotic ...

Saba Gold - Garlic Product photo

Garlic: does this (originally) exotic vegetable really need further introduction? Garlic is the life and soul of the party in a variety of recipes, in many world cuisines. The root vegetable comes in dried and fresh form, which can both be ordered from Nature's Pride. Fresh garlic is distinguished by its slightly fresher, softer taste.

The round, pointed bulbs with their white colour actually consist of several parts. Each clove is again 'wrapped' in its own paper-like wrapping.
