Mini cauliflower

Solution for single households

Mini Cauliflower - Product photo

It looks like a real cauliflower, but in a very cute variant: the mini cauliflower. It is precisely its size – the vegetable is no bigger than a tennis ball – that makes the mini cauliflower suitable for unexpected uses. The 'cute cauli' performs well in the deep-fat fryer or au gratin.

Nature's Pride also serves the growing segment of single households with this handy size. Where a regular cauliflower is often too big, the mini cauliflower can be a solution. There is not much difference in taste: typical cauliflower, slightly mild and pleasantly bitter.

Recipes & preparation tips

Where a regular cauliflower usually disintegrates into florets, the mini cauliflower is ideally suited to be prepared whole. The vegetable can be added to a dish as a garnish with a difference. If the cauliflower is going to be cooked or blanched, advise your consumers to keep the cooking time short to preserve the texture and taste. Tip: mini cauliflowers look fantastic when deep-fried.
