Looking back on a successful Health Week!

2016 is the year in which Nature's Pride is focussing on improving the health and vitality of its employees. With this in mind, Nature's Pride organized the Health Week last April, a week where everything revolved around sports, exercise, healthy lifestyle habits, feeling fit and relaxed.
During the Health Week all kinds of sports activities were organized for our employees including: boot camp, outdoor fitness, boxing, yoga and lunchtime walks. In addition, several workshops were given on stress management and healthy eating habits.
In addition to the Health week employees can voluntarily participate in several other initiatives this year:

1. Healthy weight challenge
This is a challenge for our employees to lose 1,000 kg together, this year. A health coach supports participants free of charge and factors like weight and body fat are checked every 6 weeks.

2. Health check
Employees can opt for a free health check and advice. This allows participants to improve their personal health and Nature's Pride will have a better understanding of its employee's health in general.

3. Sports after work
Once a fortnight our employees can participate in a boot camp class, given by a professional boot camp instructor.

4. Stop smoking
Employees who want to quit smoking can get support at Nature's Pride.

Nature's Pride hopes that as an employer they can contribute and help improve the health and fitness of its employees!
