Parsley is a bright green herb that has many varieties. The two most well-known are the flat leaf parsley and the curly leaf parsley. EAT ME parsley is the flat leaf parsley, recognisable by the slightly incised flat leaves. Flat parsley is rich in flavour, and tastes slightly peppery with a hint of celery.
